WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated March 13, 2002, executed by OLLIE E. DICKINSON and MARY T. DICKINSON conveying certain real property therein described to DEBERA BRIDGES, as Trustee, for CITIFINANCIAL, INC., Original Beneficiary, to secure the indebtedness therein described, as same appears of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Perry County, Mississippi filed and recorded March 19, 2002, in Deed Book 167, Page 935; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was transferred and assigned to U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee of LB-Ranch Series V Trust; and
WHEREAS, Rubin Lublin, LLC has been appointed as Substitute Trustee; and
