WHEREAS, on the 12th day of June, 2015, TIMOTHY F. PARKER, executed a Deed of Trust to THOMAS M. MATTHEWS, III, Trustee, for the benefit of BANK OF WIGGINS, said Deed of Trust being of record in Deed of Trust Book 254, at Page 652 – 663 of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Lands of said County; and

WHEREAS, default was made and now exists in the payment of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust; and
